Yes, all are activities are kid-friendly. We have trained experts on-hand to see to your safety at all times.
Our resort features multiple dining options, including authentic Sri Lankan Cuisines, Vegetarian and BBQ options.
We offer early check-in and late check-out options based on availability. Please contact our front desk or concierge team in advance to arrange these services, or request during your booking for the best chance of availability.
- Advance Payment for All Bookings: For all bookings, 50% advance payment is required prior to check-in. Reservations will only be confirmed after the advance payment is received.
- Standard Cancellations: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in without any charges.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
- No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Group Bookings: For bookings of 5 rooms or more, a different cancellation policy may apply. Please contact us directly for details.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that bank charges will be deducted, and only the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Special Promotions & Non-Refundable Rates: Some promotional rates and non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified. Please check the terms and conditions at the time of booking.
